Information involved

• Contact details you provide, such as your name and telephone number.
• Order details, delivery address where relevant, delivery instructions and communications about your order.
• Payment status and transaction references needed to reconcile a payment or investigate a refund.
• Dates, guest numbers and other details you choose to provide when asking about a room.
• Technical information used by website, ordering and payment services, such as IP address, browser information and service logs. A hashed hourly network identifier is used to limit repeated checkout attempts.

The information involved depends on the services you use. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in free-text notes unless necessary for your request. Bank authentication takes place with the payment provider or bank; do not send us banking passwords, PINs or one-time codes.

Why we use it

We use order and contact information to take steps at your request, fulfil your order, arrange delivery, answer enquiries and handle cancellations or refunds. We also use necessary records to meet applicable accounting and legal obligations, and to protect the service against fraud and resolve disputes where justified by our legitimate interests.

Where a use requires your consent, we will request it separately. You can withdraw that consent by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out.

If you do not provide information needed to fulfil an order, such as a delivery address for delivery, we may be unable to provide that service. Optional enquiries and notes are your choice.

Orders and sharing

This website has its own menu and shopping basket. When online ordering is enabled, we collect your name, phone number, order details and any note you provide to fulfil your collection order. Omise handles bank payment authorisation. We store order and payment-status records in our Firebase service; bank credentials are not collected by this website.

For confirmed orders, we share necessary information with restaurant staff and delivery or payment providers as applicable. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to address a dispute. External services such as Facebook operate under their own privacy notices.

Browser storage

This website stores item identifiers and quantities in your browser to remember your basket. It also stores private order-access keys so this browser can check your order status. Treat access to this browser like access to your order. Customers do not need an account; authorised staff sign in to manage orders. Checkout details may be kept temporarily in the browser tab to recover a failed request. Clear cart removes your basket. Browser site-data controls can remove order-access keys; doing so will remove this browser’s access to those orders. Blocking storage may prevent the basket from being saved between pages. The website does not add advertising or analytics scripts.

Retention and protection

We retain information for as long as needed to fulfil your order or enquiry and any related refund or dispute, and to meet applicable record-keeping requirements. The retention period depends on the type of record and the legal obligations that apply. When information is no longer needed, we will delete it or make it anonymous.

Access should be limited to people who need information for these purposes. Please contact us if you believe your order or personal information has been accessed improperly.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or a copy of your information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or portability, and may object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on it and lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.
